Congratulations to llyn for placing 5th in the “Flat Out Under Pressure” competition this past April 24th and 25th. “Flat Out Under Pressure” was a contest for all area artists to participate by creating a painting, drawing, or sketch in a 24 hour time frame, from the morning of the 24th to the morning of the 25th. Winners were announced at the Awards Ceremony Reception and Exhibit that Saturday night. The winning images will be placed on 10 brand new recycling bins that will be placed throughout downtown Greenville . llyn created a painting of “Alice”, the first Angel in her new “Angel” series.

llyn's "Angels"
Angels represent so many things to so many people, and bring with them inspiration. llyn's inspiration for her "Angel" line comes from her mother. These wonderful pieces of art go beyond your typical brooch, pendant, or earring jackets. They are beautiful sculptures, each set on their own unique custom base. They also come with their own portrait, painted by llyn herself. Individually named, each angel is sure to inspire you.
